What is included in the inspection?
We walk you through your home, looking and listening to the hundreds of details that make up your home. We explain what we are noticing and offer tips on general maintenance. A full-narrative report, including photos is emailed to you following your inspection, usually on the very same day. You can follow up with any concerns.
Can a building "pass" or "fail" a home inspection?
No. The inspection merely takes a thorough survey of the prospective real estate purchase. It is not an appraisal or Municipal Code inspection. The inspector simply details the home’s condition and lets you know which items will be in need of repairs or replacement.
Does a new home need a home inspection?
